Member of the Energy, Mining, and Natural Resources team with experience in regulatory and transactional issues in the electricity and natural gas markets. Her professional practice focuses on providing regulatory analysis in due diligence and project finances in power generation (hydro, solar and wind), and natural gas investments. Participates in negotiating power purchase and energy service agreements, EPC, BOT, and BOOT contracts for energy projects. She also has significant experience advising private and public-owned utilities in sanctions and rate-making procedures before the OSINERGMIN and obtaining permits and authorizations before the Ministry of Energy and Mines – MINEM.
