Ariel constantly advises businesses in the structuring of their investments and financing of Chilean projects (infrastructure, energy, telecommunications anc concessions), preparation and negotiation of ruling requests before the Chilean tax authorities and in the preparation of memorandums and legal opinions. In addition, he advises private clients in the organization of their wealth.
