We are immensely delighted to announce that Daniel Parodi, partner in the Banking and Finance practice of Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (PPU), was recognised as “Rising Star Lawyer of the Year” at the IFLR Americas Awards 2024, awarded by the prestigious publication IFLR. The ceremony took place last night at the JW Marriott Essex House in New York.
To define the winner, IFLR analysed and evaluated candidates who had played a significant and innovative role in the most prominent transactions between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023, and who were also rising stars in their field.
“I am very proud to receive this award because, although it acknowledges an individual, it reflects the collective work of a team and an entire law firm, as well as how much our clients trust us to work on their most relevant and challenging operations,” said Daniel Parodi.
