Diego Flores

Member of the Criminal Law team. His professional practice focuses on the representation and defense of individuals and legal entities investigated for both ordinary and special offenses before the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Judiciary. He has experience drafting submissions across the different stages of Peruvian criminal proceedings, supported by research into authoritative legal doctrine and relevant case law, as well as participating in procedural hearings, witness and investigative statements, and court hearings. He has also conducted analysis and follow-up of criminal proceedings before various state institutions, advancing their progress and coordinating directly with prosecutors, judges, and police authorities.
