Director of the Public Law practice at PPU, with more than twelve years of experience advising national and international companies on regulatory, administrative, and competition matters in highly regulated sectors. Her practice focuses on designing regulatory strategies for the development and operation of complex projects, supporting clients in obtaining authorizations and permits, engaging with public entities and regulatory bodies, managing administrative proceedings, and mitigating regulatory risks that could affect the continuity of their operations.

She has extensive experience in the energy, hydrocarbons and natural gas, infrastructure, mining, industrial, real estate, and agribusiness sectors. She also advises on matters related to public utilities, public procurement, administrative proceedings, the structuring of private tenders, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts related to infrastructure projects and regulated sectors, as well as compliance programs.
