His main areas of practice consist of public procurement, administrative law and complex litigation and he has a deep knowledge of administrative and constitutional law. He worked for two years as a direct public law lawyer for the former President of Chile, Mr. Piñera, and has been permanently appointed by different administrations as an advisor on strategic matters of Chilean public law.

Raúl Ferrero
Partner with a specialty in Constitutional Law and Civil Law. Currently, he practices defense before the Constitutional Court and the Jurisdictional Courts of the Judicial Branch. He is a Qualified Arbitrator of the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce and member of the Registry of Arbitrators of the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru – AMCHAM and Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Dr. Ferrero has been a member of several Arbitration Courts and has advised the Supreme Court of Justice and the government on issues of the Reform of the Judicial Branch. As Dean of the Lima Bar Association, in 1987, he strongly opposed the nationalization of the Banking sector, attempted by the Government of the time, which was unsuccessful.
