Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Peru has acted as advisor to Visiva in the preparation and negotiation of a syndicated loan agreement, and the related guarantee documents, entered into with Scotiabank Peru, Banco Santander Peru and Banco Interamericano de Finanzas, for S/ 335 million.
The firm also advised the shareholders, and other companies belonging to the economic group, which were party to the guarantee documents. Garrigues acted as advisor to the banks.
Visiva is a leading conglomerate dedicated to providing education services through recognised and reputable brands such as Certus, Toulouse Lautrec and UCAL.
Diego Uribe and Aaron Martinez acted as in-house counsels for Visiva.
