Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Peru has advised Globokas Peru (Globokas) on the purchase of shares and equity investment in the Peruvian company Alignet, to obtain a 17.862% stake in the company.
As a result, the transaction was simultaneously signed and closed on 15 December 2023.
