Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Peru has advised Agrícola Alaya in connection with the acquisition of a long-term loan, intended to be used as part of the 2023 Capex Plan.
This transaction was closed on 10 November for an amount of USD $3 million. The loan was provided by Coöperatieve Rabobank, advised by Estudio Echecopar.
Echecopar’s team included partner Marco Alarcón and associate Mikela Echeandía.
