Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Colombia has advised Parque Arauco on the acquisition of a 51% stake in a proprietary vehicle of over 19,000 sqm in Titán Plaza.
This transaction was completed on 17 August for USD $34 million. DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán acted as advisor to Visum.
DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán’s team consisted of partner Juan Manuel de la Rosa and associates Carlos Góngora and Juan Carlos Gambí.
