Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has represented the Repsol / Ibereólica jv in the USD 120 M capital increase and other corporate due diligence necessary for the integration of the members of the Joint Venture in the wind renewable energy generation project Parque Eólico Antofagasta.
This transaction, closed on 10 May, involved the jurisdictions of Chile and Spain.
Nicolás Vicentela and Enrique Bertolá acted as in-house counsel to Ibereolica, while Alberto Fernandez and Sara Tomas Ruiz acted as in-house counsel to Repsol.
